Hello,
I know it’s been quite some time between this and the last piece,
It’s been quite an intense few months, on every and any scale
A lot has happened and as is normal in life, lot’s of ups and downs
Lot’s of possibilities and potentials of course too are part of that process!
It’s just that, we shouldn’t be reactive/ compulsive or do something simply because someone demands it. That’s always your choice, what you do.
Even if you feel like elevating the world with some of your kindness, do not expect a repayment, you will get something anyway whether or not you demand or expect it.
Do kindness because it’s what makes sense not because it’s the “done thing” or “expected” and because you want to.
When you are ready to do something regardless of who is there to support you, you are really ready to go beyond anyway,
Do it, anyway. Do it if it seems right. Do it if it means something to you.

Hey thank you that’s really kind of you!
I don’t have tv or internet at the moment so I’ll have to keep it in my list of things to watch when I get tv again, about 6 months without it now haha so I used the spare time to meditate more and yoga.
It’s really good. And definitely helps me. Do you follow me on instagram or Twitter or any social media? I put thoughts on there and try to share useful things. Anyways thanks for the support,
