The Doctor

Hello all,

I don’t need to tell you which Doctor I’m here to talk about do I?

Here’s a clue, it’s not;

Suess, Who, or Doolittle.

This Doctor, transformed the world with his heart alone.

This Doctor, gave his life to love, freedom and compassion.

These standards of self sacrifice so rarely are seen, but when there are glimpses of it?

I have seen a rallying call of a great man, who around him there were others of great worth and note in the civil rights era. I’ve seen a few others since then but not as many.

Actually, the civil rights era never ended.

The cold war never ended.

It’s just that people are forgetful, and the ensuant bodies of governance which don’t benefit from your “inner activation” directly would want to suppress any urges to stand up for yours or anyone’s rights.

The Doctor is not with us, but his legacy still is.

This is our legacy.

I know, as a Latin- British mixed individual with a Caribbean/ Mestizo Grandad, I don’t have any right to try to be black. And I’m not doing that. My Grandad is black though. So to me that just means family. Everyone is my family and I fight for my family no matter what. Using what I have. Regardless of what or who I am. I love my brothers and I love my sisters. I love my cousins and all those who have been lost to war and destruction, who were destroyed under this Empire we are currently still within. Far too many humans have been destroyed.

I Love you if you are here fighting for those same things, which is, everybody’s unequivocal right to safety, love, and the right conditions for life to be lead, in
freedom, in community and in whichever way they choose, so long as they do no harm to others who do not choose that, or anyone who does can consequently ask for it if their capable adult heart so desires, in full understanding of what that means even.

The “neo- political” lines have been drawn and they can pretend to be peaceful and gather a lot of support still it seems through sheer ignorance and propaganda.

It’s on us who love, to combat this, the ignorance and the propaganda.

We have been kept separated. Divides have blinded us. Who really has been in power this whole time?

The Elite. Not just “any white people” however, I do know that the white privilege exists. Most of us are poor. Some of us are middle class that’s true. And I know how most have been used for their ignorance too.

Regardless of what intersection within which each person resides, you must understand, each individual themselves represents an entirely unique intersection of all the possible categorizations, and we are also in addition to this not like other animals who are limited spiritually to their bodies and their surrounds.

We can choose who to be. We can decide and know. This is me. Some things we cannot decide, I know this. But spiritually and emotionally and expressively I can? Sexually I can and what I make of myself and my opportunity in life, that is 100 % on me.

What you make, from the hands, heart and mind you were given, with the steps you tread – that’s on YOU.

YOU can do it.

Also, you should know most of us are of mixed tribes? We should all be proud of the tribes, and be proud to share our knowledge, love and compassion? Pride should be in how we treat each other and how we love ourselves in the spirit of community and in how we go about that work?

Here are my tribes; Mother of Nicaraguan Native/ Mestizo/ Afro-Caribbean, her parents are Mother Native/ Mestizo, Father Native/ Mestizo/ Afro- Caribbean; Father British of Scottish/ Cornish/ Celtic/ Scandinavian descent, his parents are Mother English/ Cornish/ Celtic, Father English/ Scottish – the Scandinavian is a bit distant but it’s in there.

Many of my cousins are buried in these sands, many of my brothers and sisters are unmarked, here waiting for the freedom to come. Waiting for these lands, and the humans time on this planet to be settled in peace, regardless of what that means for the future. Everyday it comes. Now what will it be?

Will we join them all soon? Or will we create peace, freedom and the lands of milk and honey on this land upon which we all reside?

We can find it, I believe and that same dream the Doctor dreamed is very much alive.
