What’s up with the selective love? The selective care and compassion? Why we have no compassion for non-whites? So we are in a kind of “spiritual segregation” and frankly, if this is ever resolved as it should be, who could blame POC for not really caring for white people too much? At least being hesitant to join arms and whatever? Can we expect anything really? Best thing we can try to prepare this world for and hope for is peace.

A Brighter Day; Old Letter 6
Everything you NEED is already within YOU; love. laughter. life. joy. anger. pain. creation. destruction. all parts of humanity reside in YOU.
You are everything; power. fear. energy. community. seperation. alienation. terror. freedom. peace. war
Change is gonna come
Not a single drop of water in the ocean doesn’t shimmer with reflection, doesn’t vibrate with energy, doesn’t ripple, doesn’t reverberate – you must know you are the single drop, and you are the ocean.
Do you hear yourself?
“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be”- Lao Tzu
What is Love?
“You have a question in your heart – do you answer to it? Or do you ask it the question – what is love?”
No way to give up Hope
“I am loved. I am supported. I am surrounded by love. I am a mountain – strong, stable and beautiful. I am full of energy. I have an inner light”
Wander, Wonder
“When you know you are about to live the rest of your life, and accept the journey, you will know that it was YOU who saw”
The Heart is Mighty
“They call one “generous” and make one lose one’s property, they call one “brave” and make one lose one’s soul.”- Turkish proverb
Smile with everything- It’s all you’ve got- It’s all you need
“So, you hold a piece of pain in your hands as you row down the stream, it get’s so heavy, your hands get tired and the pain spreads up your wrist all the way up your arm until your whole body is aching… the pain is not killing you, you are killing yourself by not letting it go. So, let it go, and life will take back the pain and spread it out. You can continue rowing as peacefully as you choose. And don’t fight too hard against the way the river flows.”
